Cristiano Chizeca in a Mission Angola – Spain

Civil Diplomat Cristiano Chizeca joined a government mission from Lunda-Norte to Las Palmas, in the Canary Islands, Spain.

The three-day agenda focused on agricultural innovation, strategic investment, and new solutions for regional development in Angola.

Chizeca serves as Adviser for Economic Affairs to the Governor of Lunda-Norte. Engineer Delfim Mussulo, Director of the Provincial Office for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, also joined the delegation.

Together, they explored technologies that may strengthen agricultural production and create new opportunities for local communities.

Organic fertilizer technology for Lunda-Norte

The mission placed special attention on the organic fertilizer production system developed by BIACTRO.

The Province of Lunda-Norte plans to introduce this technology in the Municipality of Lôvua. Therefore, the initiative may help local farmers access essential agricultural inputs.

This step also supports a wider vision for sustainable agriculture in Angola. It encourages local production, reduces dependence on external supply chains, and strengthens food-related activities.

Strategic investment and local employment

Quintet Level plans to install the first industrial unit in Lunda-Norte using BIACTRO technology.

The future plant may support farmers across Angola and contribute to national agricultural modernization. In addition, the project may create new jobs for communities in Lunda-Norte.

Cristiano Chizeca and Delfim Mussulo highlighted the advantages of the process during the mission. They also emphasized the importance of technology, productivity, and social impact.

For Lunda-Norte, the project represents more than an industrial initiative. It creates a practical path toward economic diversification and regional progress.

Civil Diplomacy and Angola’s development challenges

As a Civil Diplomat, Cristiano Chizeca connects public service with international cooperation and practical development solutions.

His work also reflects the importance of Civil Diplomacy for Angola. The country faces major challenges in economic diversification, youth employment, agricultural productivity, institutional modernization, and social inclusion.

Therefore, initiatives that combine knowledge, investment, and public responsibility can generate long-term results.

In May, Chizeca also visited the European Union headquarters of the Civil Diplomat Jethro International Organization. During the visit, he met President Renato Freire.

They discussed the relevance of Civil Diplomacy for Angola and the need for trained leaders who can respond to national and regional challenges.

International training and public responsibility

Cristiano Chizeca also highlighted his commitment to continuous education and international training.

This year, he began his DBA in International Business Management at UCAM, in Spain.Through this academic path, he will defend Governance 4.0, a model he created for institutional management.

He also shared his experience in the United Nations/UNITAR training course and the Best Diplomats environment in Geneva.

For Chizeca, knowledge plays a decisive role in Angola’s future. He believes young leaders must act with commitment, unity, and practical solutions.

A mission focused on Angola’s future

The Lunda-Norte mission in Spain strengthens an important bridge between African development needs and international technological solutions.

Through this agenda, Cristiano Chizeca reinforces his commitment to Angola’s eastern region, sustainable agriculture, and responsible leadership.

Moreover, the mission shows how Civil Diplomacy can help connect institutions, communities, and strategic partnerships for social and economic progress.
