Luzayadio Simba Receives Humanitarian Civil Diplomat Title

Humanitarian Civil Diplomat Luzayadio Simba, Chairman of Angola’s Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC), has been honoured in Lisbon by Jethro International. The recognition highlights his leadership of the institution and his commitment to Angola’s socioeconomic development.
During the ceremony, Simba received the organisation’s credential and badge. The distinction also recognises a professional journey of more than two decades across Angola’s financial system and telecommunications sector.
Jethro International grants the Humanitarian Civil Diplomat title to leaders and professionals whose work promotes dialogue, cooperation and community development. The distinction values people who create practical bridges between institutions, businesses, communities and different sectors of society.
At the FGC, Simba leads an institution dedicated to improving access to bank credit for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises through public guarantee mechanisms. This work supports productive activity, financial inclusion and the growth of Angola’s business community.
In 2025, the FGC reported 10,648 guaranteed projects. These operations enabled more than Kz 144 billion in financing across the country and supported the creation of 21,778 jobs.
The Humanitarian Civil Diplomat recognition therefore celebrates a leadership path connected to institutional responsibility, economic opportunity and sustainable development.
